Harry Potter Wizard GoChess Alive — Early Access Raffle Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

By submitting your email address to enter the Harry Potter Wizard GoChess Alive Early Access Raffle (the "Raffle"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

2. Eligibility

Open to participants 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater).
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must submit a valid email address through the official Raffle entry form. Each person may submit only one entry. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Raffle Drawing & Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
A total of 500 winners will be selected.
Winners will receive the opportunity to purchase the Harry Potter Wizard GoChess Alive product during an exclusive early access window before it is made available to the general public. Winning the Raffle does not entitle participants to a free product; it grants the right to purchase.
The Raffle drawing will occur on a date determined by the Sponsor. Participants will be notified in advance.

5. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, their selection may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be chosen.

6. Early Access Purchase

Selected winners will receive a unique purchase link via email.
The purchase link is non-transferable and may only be used by the winner.
The purchase window and product pricing will be specified in the winner notification email.
The Sponsor reserves the right to limit quantities and availability.

7. Use of Email Address & Privacy

By entering, you consent to:

Receiving the winner notification email if selected.
Receiving marketing communications related to the Harry Potter Wizard GoChess Alive product and related offerings.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Unsubscribing will not affect your Raffle entry status. Your email address will not be sold to third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Disqualification

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it determines, in its sole discretion, to be fraudulent, duplicative, or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

The Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical failures of any kind; or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the Raffle or use of any product purchased through early access.

11. Modifications & Cancellation

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Raffle at any time for any reason, including circumstances beyond its control.

12. Governing Law
