Do I need a console or a subscription?
Neither. The GoBalance app is free on iOS and Android, with 12+ games and no in-app purchases. No console, no controllers, no monthly fee, just the board and a phone or tablet.
What age is it for?
Ages 4 and up. Difficulty is fully adjustable, so it grows from first-timer to athlete and the whole family can play. Under-14s should use it with adult supervision.
Which devices does it work with?
The free app runs on iOS 11+ and Android 5+, most modern phones and tablets. Want the big-screen experience? Cast your session to any TV that supports casting.
Is it actually a workout, or just play?
Both. Beyond the games, GoBalance Sport adds 4 posture trainings (Balance, Plank, Boat and Bridge) across 32 difficulty levels with real-time feedback, designed by physiotherapists to build genuine core strength and stability.
How sturdy is it? What's the weight limit?
Sport is a premium 18" wooden board built for daily use, with an anti-slip surface, holding up to 200 kg (450 lb). Play is a lightweight plastic board rated to 150 kg (330 lb).
Battery and connection?
A built-in 3D Bluetooth motion sensor runs about 200 hours on a standard CR2032 battery you can replace yourself.

Get Play for pure gaming fun on a lightweight board. Get Sport if you want the same games plus video-on-demand training, the wooden board, balance cushion and posture programs the whole family will keep using.
