Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

This policy applies only to products purchased directly from particula-tech.com

Before returning any item, you must contact support@particula-tech.com with proof of purchase and receive return instructions.

Ensure that all items and accessories, manuals, and documentation originally included in the product’s package, and/or in your order, are included in your returned package.

You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the Product while it is in transit to the Company. The Product returned will be inspected when it arrives at Particula facilities, and any/all refunds shall be subject to any damages that occurred. The time to credit the refund amount to your account may vary depending on processing time. Particula reserves the final authority to assess the return and refund eligibility of the product.

 


 

United States Returns

Return window

Products may be returned within 30 calendar days from delivery.

Unopened products

Unopened products returned in their original packaging and unused condition are eligible for a full refund of the product price after inspection.

Opened products

Opened products may be returned within 30 days from delivery, subject to the following:

  • The product must be functional and not damaged

  • All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included

Approved returns of opened products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the final product price paid on our website after inspection.

Products that are damaged, broken, or incomplete are not eligible for refund.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping, handling charges, and taxes paid (including state tax, customs duties, and VAT where applicable) are non-refundable

DOA (Dead on Arrival)

If a product arrives defective or non-functional:

  • The issue must be reported promptly to support@particula-tech.com

  • Return shipping will be covered by the Company

  • No restocking fee will apply

  • The item will be replaced or refunded after inspection

 


 

European Union Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

For customers located in the European Union, consumer protection laws grant a statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.

Condition of returned goods

You may open the product to inspect it as you would in a physical store. However, if the returned product shows use beyond normal inspection, is missing accessories, manuals, documentation, or packaging, or is damaged, a deduction may be applied to reflect the diminished value of the product.

This deduction may be up to 20% of the product price depending on condition after inspection.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

  • Original shipping costs may be refunded where required by law

Defective products

If the product arrives faulty/ not functional , after troubleshooting with support :

  • Return shipping will be covered by the Company

  • A full refund or replacement will be provided following inspection

 


 

Cosmetic Issues

Cosmetic or aesthetic issues from manufacturing, such as scratches or dents, must be reported within 7 days from delivery.

 


 

Inspection and Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspection.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a reasonable number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If the returned product does not qualify for a refund, including cases where it is damaged, used beyond reasonable inspection, or missing original accessories, Particula Ltd. retains the right to refuse the refund and will notify you accordingly.

Refunds, where applicable, are limited to the actual amount paid for the product itself.

 


 

Kickstarter and Indiegogo Orders

Purchases from Kickstarter.com and Indiegogo.com are not eligible for refunds.

For these purchases, we provide a one-year warranty as detailed in the warranty policy section.

 


 

Cancellation Before Dispatch

All orders are automatically processed and dispatched for shipment. During this process, non-reversible fees may be incurred.

If the order is cancelled before dispatch, the Company will provide a full refund.

If you wish to cancel, contact support@particula-tech.com with proof of purchase and the reason for the cancellation.

After processing has begun, modifications or cancellations may not be possible without charges.

 


 

Return Instructions and Customer Responsibilities

Please email support@particula-tech.com to receive instructions for returning products.

We may request additional information regarding your purchase, including your name, purchase number, or other relevant details.

Expenses related to shipping returned products are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or DOA product.

Shipping and handling charges, and taxes paid, are non-refundable.
